So we pay attention to the smaller details (usually not mentioned by others) such as TV and telephone points, cupboard space, matching skirting and architrave, recessed lights, lights to eaves spaces, windows to the new landing and even the position of your bed. By paying particular attention to these details we ensure nothing is missed.
COMMITMENT TO CONTRACT
We have a strict policy that when a job is started it will be completed as quickly as possible - without a break. That means that the carpentry crew allocated to your job have nowhere else to go, they will stay until your loft has been completed. Other trades are called in when necessary this also ensures no days are left out and the contract is completed as quickly as possible.
SITE INSPECTIONS
As well as the Local Authority inspecting the works on your behalf to ensure we are working in accordance to the plans and the building regulations, we also periodically inspect the progress of the loft conversion, ensuring any last minute changes or any on site queries can be dealt with instant attention.
GUARANTEED GUARANTEE
We build lofts to such a high standard that we are prepared to guarantee them for a full 5 years, and as a rivileged members of the Federation of Master Builders we can also arrange, for a small fee, an additional 5 years guarantee, giving you an Insuranced backed guarantee for 10 YEARS.
